Cloud Managed and Private Intelligence have no published fixed price. The work, service limits and price are agreed in your proposal.
Starter
Starter runs in the Frontfriend cloud and includes Brand Import and access to Theme Studio. You can edit Quick Setup in Style & Foundations only. Component editing, semantic token editing and all other Studio editing are not included.
Starter does not include UI Design Brain. It has a limited component catalogue; installed component source remains in your repository.

Component catalogue access depends on your Workspace and plan and is confirmed when your Workspace is set up. Not every plan includes all 85 components.
UI Design Brain
UI Design Brain provides maintained design rules, default rule packs and ongoing updates for your system and agent workflows. It is included in Cloud Self-serve, Cloud Managed and Private Intelligence, and excluded from Starter.
Managed setup
Cloud Managed includes setup and optimisation of your design rules, design contracts and Design System for your product and its agent workflows. The Frontfriend team also operates system authoring and releases. The proposal defines the work and ongoing service limits.
Private Intelligence
Private Intelligence brings Frontfriend and UI Design Brain into your own environment, on-premise or in your private cloud. The Frontfriend team provides private setup and ongoing support within an agreed scope. Contact the team for deployment details and a custom quote.
Roles
In Cloud Self-serve, members can sync from Figma, publish to base and eject. Members, admins and owners can create custom tags and workflows, promote and roll back directly, with actions recorded in the activity panel. Admins and owners can additionally edit in Theme Studio. Cloud Managed workflows remain operated by the Frontfriend team and retain approval requests.
Downgrades
Existing releases, private versions and builds remain resolvable after a downgrade. New authoring, publication and promotion follow the new plan’s access limits. Starter retains its Quick Setup editing access.
